I thought, why not post all three patty recipes in one day so you could make them all! I usually have these with my Office Breakfast. I make these in big batches along with my Mint & Rosemary Lamb Patties and my Sage & Garlic Chicken Patties.
Thyme, Sage, & Rosemary Beef Patties Recipe:
4 Pounds of Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons of Finely Chopped Fresh Thyme
2 Tablespoons of Finely Chopped Fresh Sage
2 Tablespoon of Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary
3 Teaspoons of Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Epic Beef Tallow (Cooking Fat As Needed)
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and form into about 24 patties. Heat about 1-2 tablespoons of beef tallow in a cast-iron skillet on medium heat. Cook the patties about 6-8 minutes, or nicely browned on the outside and cooked throughout. Serve immediately, or once cooled, you can freeze them too.
