I’ve been making a lot of dairy-free popsicles for awhile now, but this by far is my favorite recipe. The best part is the tart taste of the berries mixed with the sweetened coconut milk. I’m constantly switching up the berry options but since I just went to Costco and splurged on a bunch of raspberries, today’s version was raspberry. Feel free to mix and match the berries yourself. I’ve tried plain old strawberry, or raspberry/blackberry, or strawberry/raspberry, or blueberry/strawberry, but I think you get the point that any combination can work.
