Spaghetti Squash & Grain-Free Meatballs

My Grandma Joyce used to make a big pot of spaghetti sauce each time we visited her. She’d keep her wooden spoon next to the pot and would let it simmer all day. I loved watching her as she would add a pinch of this and a dash of that to get the sauce just right every time, and of course, she would always let me be her taste tester.

Danielle Walker’s Grain-Free Meatballs and Spaghetti Sauce recipe reminds me of all the flavors of her sauce without spending all day in the kitchen.

While I am able to tolerate brown rice noodles in small amounts, I love a good spaghetti squash more. I use Danielle Walker’s Spaghetti Squash recipe or you can also make her Zucchini Noodles.
