I got so busy with Thanksgiving, I forgot to post images of our dinner. But like most of you, we had way too many leftovers. After four days, I needed a break. So I decided to whip up a quick and easy dinner and use our leftovers in a different way: turkey sandwiches, green bean casserole, and summer kiss melon.
Turkey Sandwich Recipe:
Slices of Leftover Turkey
Slice your sandwich roll in half, add your desired amount of condiments, and then layer with the cheese, turkey, spinach, and avocado. Enjoy!
