Skillet ‘Corn’ Bread

Hard to imagine something tasting exactly like corn bread . . . but without the corn, but Danielle Walker has made my dreams come true again!  For this recipe, you’ll need to purchase her new cookbook Celebrations to whip up this delicious side.

As an added bonus, I love to buy the Creamed Honey from Trader Joe’s to drizzle on top.  Sometimes I eat two slices and count it as my dessert.
