My good friend Jean, whom everyone calls the Queen Bee, gave me this simple appetizer recipe which is easy to make and always a crowd pleaser.
1 Cantaloupe or Sugar Kiss Melon
1 Package of Prosciutto (I bought the economy pack at Costco, make sure to read the ingredients and don’t get any additives)
Cut up melon into longer chunks. Wrap one slice of prosciutto around each piece. I usually add a toothpick for each slice for easy handling, but since I was eating these right then, I skipped this step.
